Mastering Negative Thoughts

In this module, you will learn how to identify negative thoughts (we call them thought errors) and correct them to more rational, reasonable, evidence-based thoughts. This is not simply "positive thinking".  This is a powerful way to change how you react to your negative thoughts and to manage the high levels of rumination that you engage in. 

MODULE 6

Be more present! 

This module will teach you all the skills you need to be more present in your life, your relationships, your daily tasks, and your mind.
